Who Should Sign Up:
The purpose of this class action is to remove Barack Obama from the Oval Office due to his anti-American behavior here and abroad. You should sign on as a party to this class action if, since the election of Barack Obama, your life has changed for the worse to include, but not limited to: constant anxiety, worry, fear of the future, anxiety or panic attacks, depression, insomnia or poor sleep patterns to include nightmares, increased alcohol consumption, need for tranquilizers or therapy to keep you calm, mood changes, marital problems - particularly if one spouse voted for Obama resulting in feuds which is not uncommon, inability to focus on, or an interruption of your daily tasks and life, etc. An example of individual losses would be job loss due to Obama policy as it relates to people living in the Gulf states where Obama refuses to resume offshore drilling denying thousands of people to earn their livlihoods. Essentially, your life has been disrupted by Obama becoming president, which would include a general uneasiness not experienced with other presidents. Obama is deliberately engaging in active measures to intimidate the American people in order to wear us down so he can impose his socialist agenda. No public servant has the right to do this to the voters, especially not a president.
How This Will Work:
We will be pursuing action against Barack Obama in two ways:
1. We will tally all of the class action members by voter district and notify their senators and representatives of the amount of constituents in their district directing them to take action against Barack Obama in Congress. Congress has the authority to challenge Obama's eligibility and can do so without the need of filing a lawsuit and bringing this matter to court. This is the most expedient way of achieving the goal of this class action - the removal of Barack Obama from the Oval Office which will declare all of his policies and appointments null and void. Should this path prove successful, then investigations regarding criminal charges against Obama, and other coconspirators, can be pursued.
2. Should the first option fail for any reason, then this will become a formal class action lawsuit by the people of the United States against Barack Obama to remove him from office, similar to impeachment, for bad and possibly criminal behavior while questionably serving in the capacity of President of the United States. The People will demand that he prove that he is a natural born citizen as required by Article II, Section 1, Part 5 of the Constitution, or be held in contempt of court. We will also be asking for damages from him due to the stress, strain, anxiety and worry his policies have placed on the American people. This may require a separate civil suit after his removal from office due either by ineligibility or impeachment.
It is important for you to know that you will never have to invest any of your money for lawyers, court fees, process servers, etc. You do not have to do anything further than sign up as a party to this class action. You will not be required to appear in court or do anything further on your part. We will keep all class action members informed of our progress via e-mail as we proceed forward. We may request that you inform us - by e-mail - of the nature of your damages that the election of Barack Obama caused you, but your reply will be brief and to the point. We may never have to ask you about the nature of your damages, but we need to inform you now just in case this happens. Courts have asked for documentation of damages to establish "standing," but if we achieve our goal through Congress, we will not have to resort to a lawsuit.

The following complaints form the basis of this class action by the American people against Barack Hussein Obama. Some items may be refined, other items may be added, especially if this goes to court. However, the following forms the basis of our complaints. We demand1. Whereas, Barack Obama took an oath to "faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will... preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States." Since assuming office, he has actively worked against the Constitution which is the law of this land. Obama has breeched his oath and contract to the American people, and has actively militated against the provisions of the Constitution. Obama is in contempt of court on at least three counts: (1) refusing to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) which is the law of the land; (2) pushing forward to give the FCC authority to control the Internet which is prohibited by court ruling; (3) and his continued implementation of Obamacare against a federal judge's ruling as unconstitutional and ordered Obama to stand down and dissist from implementing the law. Obama's latest crime is to call for military action against Libya without asking Congress for formal approval. Obama has been acting outside the guidelines of the Constitution and against the rule of American law.
2. Whereas, Obama has never established his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States under Article II, Section 1, Part 5 of the U.S. Constitution, that he is a "natural born citizen" or even a citizen of the United States for that matter. From what is known, Obama is, at best, a dual national and therefore ineligible to occupy the office of President. We demand that he, Obama, produce the long form birth certificate, and all of his personal documents to include his college transcripts from Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School, passports, adoption papers, etc., which he has gone to great lengths, and expense, to seal and hide from the American public. We demand that he produce these documents in a timely fashion which should be done within 24 to 48 hours for verification of authenticity. If he refuses to do so, we demand that he be removed from office according to Article II, Section 1, Part 6 (Succession). This issue is of grave concern and causes anxiety, nervousness and worry among the citizenry because, given his flagrant behavior and disregard for lawful procedure, we cannot be certain just who he is and what his intentions are for our country. This issue has lingered unresolved for over two years. We demand resolution now.
3. Whereas, we have been a witness to the manner in which Obamacare was approved by the Democrats of the 111th Congress against the will of the majority of the electorate, and now this bill is causing great harm and extra expense for us, depressing the growth of small business which stifles economic recovery, we are effectively being taxed without being properly represented; the Democratic public servants in Congress, under the coercion of Obama, ignored the wishes of the American people and passed this bill against our will and approval which goes counter to the legislative procedures in our country. It has only recently been learned that the Obama administration included $105 billion dollars in the bill to fund Obamacare without debate and knowledge of Congress. The stealth behavior of this administration borders on illegality, thuggery and unprofessional behavior when considering Obama's campaign promise of being the most transparant administration. This bill must be entirely rescinded. If another healthcare bill is proposed, it must be with the approval of the majority of the American people who must know its contents before being voted upon.
4. Whereas, Obama promised transparency and that all proposed bills would be placed on the Internet for public review before he signs them into law, not one piece of legislation was made available for viewing as he promised he would do. On the contrary, all of his dealings have been conducted in secrecy behind closed doors. This campaign pledge made by Obama was a boldface lie to gain election. He deliberately deceived the American people. His continued lying and willingness to deceive is a cause of great unrest and ongoing anxiety among the American public.
5. Whereas, among Obama's surreptitious activities, and his breech of pledge for transparency within his administration, is the misleading names of some legislation to make it sound innocuous, even beneficial. The Disclose Act, The Fairness Doctrine impact on the Constitution's First Amendment granting freedom of speech, while The Small Arms Limitation Treaty, proposed in the United Nations outside of American law which attempts to override the Constitution's Second Amendment granting us the right to keep and bear arms, are only a few examples. Very few people are aware of the nature of these doctrines because, again, these activities are conducted surreptitiously, behind closed doors, devoid of transparency and public debate which Obama pledged to do and which influenced the public to vote for him in 2008. His supporters feel disallusioned and betrayed.
6. Whereas, Obama refuses to close the southern border to illegal immigration, and refuses to offer support to states such as Arizona who have taken steps to protect life and property. In fact, he has directed his Attorney General to sue the state of Arizona, and additionally, has brought this matter to the United Nations for review of human rights violations. This action is unprecidated by a president. There are reports that Islamic radicals are also using this unsecured area to gain access to the United States which poses a greater threat to the safety of all citizens. There are reports that Obama is secretly pursuing the elimination the borders between Mexico and Canada with intentions of establishing the socialistic fantasy of a borderless North American Union. We demand that Obama drop the lawsuit against Arizona, ignore the judgement of the U.N. on this matter, and secure the border to protect a sovereign state [Arizona] under seige and the rest of the nation against possible infiltration and attack by Islamic terrorists. This, alone, is great cause for anxiety by the citizenry particularly those living in New York City which has been the target of numerous attempted attacks since September 11, 2001. Obama's statement to the media that "we can absorb another terrorist attack" gives the people no peace of mind with the growing availability of nuclear weapons to terrorists. Obama is guilty of negligence and reckless endangerment, deliberately placing the nation in harm's way. In this matter alone, he may be guilty of criminal negligence.
7. Whereas, we are against any form of legislation that proposes unconditional amnesty for illegal aliens residing on U.S. soil. This type of legislation is politically motivated by Obama for his own political agenda, conflicts with America's interests, and will not benefit the people and the economy of the United States of America. We demand that he and his Democratic Progressives in Congress abandon trying to force through this type of legislation, in any form, under any name, against the will of the American people. We will no longer tolerate such tactics as Obama used to force his health care reform bill through Congress. Unfortunately, Obama is still meddling in the activities of law enforcement in Arizona through the Department of Homeland Security who has directed Border Patrol agents to reduce or even stop making arrests of illegal aliens. Obama is refusing to account for this behavior. He is clearly out of control, and in contempt of all demands for accountability.
8. Whereas, since election day, November 2, 2010, where we, the American voters, sent a clear message at the polls, in spite of all of the reports of alleged voter fraud being conducted in various states, that "We the People" reject the Obama agenda of marching our country towards a socialistic state, we are disturbed that he, Obama, still does not respect the directive of the American people, and plans to rule by executive fiat and bypass the Congress through regulations. These "regulations" are inappropriate, given the results of the will of the voters, and are of questionable legality. Every regulation, initiated by a sitting president, must follow an established procedure and must be submitted to Congress for review under the Congressional Review Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-121). Obama cannot play dictator and make regulations devoid of accountability and respect for established procedure and the law. The Obama regime is committed to destroying freedom of the press, freedom of speech, smearing conservative talk radio, freedom of expression on the Internet - particularly when criticism is directed towards his administration - which is an attempt to destroy the very right of dissent and open debate which has been one of the freedoms granted to us by the Founding Fathers and our Constitution. We are particularly angered by Obama's attempt to put the Internet under his control via the Federal Communications Commission, which is an illegal move and demands challenge. There is no logical reason for this move except to further intimidate the American people, curtail freedom of speech, and attempt to illegally grab more power and control.
Barack Obama, and his [progressive-socialist] associates are actively working to remove our freedom by (1) attacking our freedom of speech and right to express ideas in a free press, (2) by not condemning voter fraud and tampering - by not addressing charges against ACORN personnel convicted by state authorities of those charges, and dismissing civil charges against New Black Panther members caught on video - Obama is guilty of condoning these crimes, and (3) along with George Soros who want to politicize the judiciary by replacing the American people's right to place [and remove] judges by popular vote.
There is a very specific procedure to alter Constitutional amendments which Obama is ignoring and, instead working behind the scences to alter the First and Second amendments of the Constitution, and the process of appointing judges to the bench sympathetic to his political agenda which is causing the American people great duress and stress. We demand his removal or impeachment as he shows no signs of standing down on his forceful and surreptitious tactics.
9. Whereas, we are further concerned and upset by what has been revealed about Obama's background as a socialist, his associations and memberships in socialist/communist organizations, his possibility of being a Muslim while maintaing a facade of being a Christian with his bowing to Muslim leaders and professing a choice to side with Islam, his choice of people in his administration many of whom are admitted communists; essentially, these staff members, czars, advisers, etc., as well as Obama, display a contempt for America as it has operated for over 200 years, and are acting in a way NOT to address vital issues that would move the economy and country towards restoration and true recovery, but appear to be acting in the opposite manner which is to destroy the country, the Constitution, and our way of life. Accordingly, we conclude by demanding the following:
(A) That Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States be immediately established by the 112th Congress by demanding that he open his files for complete review and verification. If he refuses, we demand that he immediately be removed from office and be subjected to investigation for possible crimes against the people of The United States of America.
(B) In the unlikely event that his eligibility to hold office is proven to be valid, then he is legally subject to impeachment, and articles of impeachment should immediately be drawn up and this process should commence as soon as possible. Obama has committed over 50 impeachable offenses for which he is eligible to be charged, including contempt of court and, along with his Attorney General, possible racial discrimination.
