Israeli passengers stuck at Bangkok airport
Malfunction leaves passengers stuck on plane for six hours; flight planned for Thursday postponed until Saturday night. El Al: Safety firstPassengers on flight LY082, which was expected to take off from Bangkok on Thursday at 1:30 pm local time, were subjected to a six-hour delay after boarding the plane. They were forced to remain on the jet while the crew tried to fix the problem.

"You cannot try to fix the problem at the expense of the passengers who are locked in here for so many hours… we want to get out of this plane right now," a furious passenger said.
The passengers had a heated argument with the crew prior to the decision to get them off the plane and have them stay in the Thai capital for the weekend.
